Keep up with all the sporting action with the NOW TV Sports Day Pass

As a means of bringing Sky television services to those who don’t necessarily want or need to pay for the full Sky service, NOW TV has been extremely successful. With the sheer amount of films and sports events on offer to customers, how could it not be?

The NOW TV Sports Day Pass is ideal for those who only have a few matches or games that they would like to watch, like Formula One races, one-day cricket internationals or Rugby World Cup matches. A Sports Day Pass with NOW TV gives the customer unlimited access to all six Sky Sports channels (Sky Sports 1, Sky Sports 2, Sky Sports 3, Sky Sports 4, Sky Sports 5, Sky Sports News and Sky Sports F1) for the day, with the newly-announced Sky Sports 5 (mainly focussing on European football) likely to join the lineup in the near future.

NOW TV can be viewed in a variety of ways – you’re not restricted to staying at home in front of the TV, though you could do so if you wanted to by installing the NOW TV box. Many customers prefer to watch on the move via their tablets, phones or laptops as well as on Xboxes and Playstations. Four devices can be registered with the service with two able to watch different programmes simultaneously, so you’re not bound to what anyone else wants to watch. Where else could you get 24 hours of live sport completely legally? Whatever sport you’re a fan of, the NOW TV Day Pass is your route to it.

Month Passes: Unless cancelled, automatically renew at (Kids£2.99pm;Entertainment £7.99pm; Sky Cinema £9.99pm; Sky Sports£33.99pm). Other Sky Sports Passes: Day/Week. £6.29/£9.89. Lasts for 24 hours/7 days after you start watching.

Summer sporting options on NOW TV

NOW TV is fast becoming the only way to watch Sky Cinema and Sky Sports legally, without having to sign up for a full Sky TV subscription. If you want to be able to access the vast array of films and sporting options but don’t fancy having to purchase a subscription to Comedy Central first, this is the service for you.

The Cinema and Sports parts of the Sky service are its strongest and most popular attributes, so it makes sense that NOW TV should concentrate on offering them to those who don’t want to pay for the full service. Although many customers are drawn to Sky and NOW TV by the extensive football offerings, there are still a great deal of options and live matches within other sporting competitions to watch even during the summer when there is no football being played.

For instance, this summer sees the Austrian, British, Hungarian, German and Belgian Grands Prix take place, all of which can be viewed on Sky Sports F1 from practise to qualifying to the actual race. The US Open, at which the likes of Tiger Woods, Lee Westwood and Rory McIlroy will be competing, begins in June and rugby union is taken care of with a series of tests that see England take on New Zealand. In addition, the summer break in the football season will only be for a few weeks after the World Cup finishes, so fans of the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea will soon be able to watch their teams in action once more.

NOW TV can be watched either at home via a games console, YouView or NOW TV box, or on the move via tablets, laptops, phones and other mobile devices. Who will you be cheering on this summer?
